“I loved our yoga session and have to tell you something. I had foot surgery 3 years ago and it has never been right since...constant pain, no feeling in outer toes, ache on side they had to put in an implant...Drs have said, “ old foot,” ( no shit, Sherlock) . So no therapy or procedure to correct it. After our session, or the acupuncture, or who knows I have had less pain than I have had in 3 years. I don’t get it but...I’d like to do another group deal if the girls want to in a month or so...whatever worked...I want to do again...thanks for a fun, therapeutic time! ”
