Requirements
• Access to technology, strong internet connection and privacy to conduct online therapy.
• Masters or Doctorate level degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Fully or Provisionally Licensed in the state of Colorado
• Able to work independently, strong work ethic, personable, genuine, friendly!
• Internships considered on a case-by-case basis
• Background check
Responsibilities
• Maintain 15+ clients per week
• Maintain a good retention rate
• Promptly respond to emails and calls within 2 business days
• Timely documentation within a business week and keep client files up to date
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Maintain licensure requirements
• Attend consultations
Benefits and compensation
• Hourly wage starting at $50/ hour (for licensed staff)
• Raises based on retention + performance
